Продукти
- прясна мащерка
- зехтин
- 800 мл зеленчуков бульон
- 5 средни картофа
- 5 глави лук
- 150 мл готварска сметана
- сол
- черен пипер
Начин на приготвяне
1. Нарязваме 4 глави лук на дребно, измиваме и нарязваме картофите на кубчeта. Добавяме сол, зехтин и малко вода и задушаваме. Доливаме горещ зеленчуков бульон и варим до готовност. Пасираме с пасатор. Добавяме сметаната и разбъркваме.
2. Загряваме оребрен тиган и запичаме лук на кръгчета. Гарнираме с препечения лук и прясна мащерка.
