Начин на приготвяне

1. Върху хартия за печене нареждаме филето от сьомга. Овкусяваме го с подправка за риба. Може да използваме готова или да си приготвим микс от девисил, сол, риган и други съставки по желание.

2. Поливаме с малко зехтин и нареждаме нарязания на половинки лимон. Изстискваме и сока на половината лимон и го приготвяме, за да овкусим рибата след като е изпечена. Печем на 180 градуса за около 15 мин.

3. Приготвяме салата от измитата рукола и италианска салата, поръсваме със сурови тиквени семки и овкусяваме със сол. Приготвяме дресинг от 1/3 балсамов оцет, 2/3 зехтин и риган. Разбъркваме добре и поливаме салатата.

4. Сервираме рибата с гарнитура салата и поливаме по желание с лимоновия сок.
