Начин на приготвяне
- Почистваме и измиваме добре пилето. Изсушаваме го с кухненска хартия.
- Втриваме много добре всички подправки, заедно със сока от лимоните.
- Поставяме пилето в тавичка, поръсваме отгоре настъргания кашкавал, заливаме го с маслото и добавяме около 1ч.ч. вода (да покрие дъното на тавичката).
