Продукти
- сол
- 5 скилидки чесън
- 1 кг свински гърди
- 4 стръкчета мащерка
- 4 дафинови листа
- 4 с.л. краве масло
- 3 зърна бахар
- черен пипер
Начин на приготвяне
1. Нарязваме месото на малки парчета, овкусяваме със сол, черен пипер, дафинов лист и бахар. Слагаме го в тенджерка на котлона, като доливаме около 300 мл вода и оставяме да ври за около 10 мин.
2. Слагаме тенджерката с капака в предварително загрята фурна да се задушава за около 3 часа на около 180 градуса, докато месото стане съвсем крехко.
3. Изваждаме го от фурната и пасираме с пасатор. Разпределяме в малки купички, отгоре слагаме по един дафинов лист, стрък мащерка и заливаме с разтопено масло. Слагаме в хладилника да стегне.
4. Сервираме с препечен хляб.
