20 яйца 3 ½ ч.ч. захар 3 ч.ч. брашно за крем 1: 14 с.л. течен шоколад 1/2 п. масло /немско/ трохи от изпечен блат за крем 2: 2 500 грама мляко 3 с.л. брашно ½ ч.ч. захар ½ п. масло /немско/ 2 яйца трохи от изпечен блат за сиропиране: 3 ч.ч. прясно мляко захар на вкус /да не е много сладко/ за украса на тортата: 1 литър течна сметана 1 пакетче бонбони /бони бон / шарени захарни пръчици 1 малка кукла барби /увита в прозрачно фолио
Начин на приготвяне
Вземат се две тавички с различни размери и една купа /метална/. В голямата тавичка изсипваме сместа от 6 яйца, 1 ½ ч.ч. захар, 1 ½ ч.ч. брашно /брашното е пресято и се разбива в яйцата и захарта с вилица/. Изпичаме блата в предварително загрята фурна. В средната тавичка изсипваме сместта от 5 яйца, 1 ч.ч. захар, 1 ч.ч. брашно /пресято и разбито в яйцата и захарта с вилица/. Изпичаме блата в предварително загрята фурна. В малката тавичка или купа /метална със заоблено дъно/ изсипваме сместа от 4 яйца, ½ ч.ч. захар, ½ ч.ч. брашно /пресято и разбито с вилица в разбитите с миксер яйцата и захар/. Изпичаме блата в предварително загрята фурна. Върху големия блат слагаме средния блат, а отгоре малкия блат /заобления/ и трябва да получим роклята на куклата, ако е нужно с нож изравняваме. В средата на наредените блатове правим малка дупчица, където ще поставяме куклата, и така подредените блатове оставяме настрани и започваме кремовете. Крем 1: Разтапяме на водна баня шоколада с маслото и после слагаме трохи от изпечен блат /количеството се определя в зависимост каква гъстота желаем да е крема/ Крем 2: Брашното размиваме с малко вода и пребавяме към разбитите масло яйца и захар, а получената смес изсипваме на тънка струя във врящото мляко и варим до желаната гъстота на крема. Още докато е топъл поставяме трохи от изпечен блат. За сиропа: Свареното и изстудено мляко подслаждаме на вкус. Блатът за трохите, които се слагат в крем 1 и крем 2: 3 яйца, ½ ч.ч. захар, ½ ч.ч. брашно и се изпича в предварително загрята фурна. За украсата: Разбиваме течната сметана по указанията на опаковката. Изпълнение: Големият блат поставяме върху табла, но сиропираме много малко, защото другите блатове ще натежат и ще се измести тортата. Мажем с крем 1, поставяме средния блат, сиропираме /но пак не много/, мажем с крем 2, поставяме малкия блат и сиропираме. Мажем тортата с малко сметана, оставяме тортата за 20 минути в хладилник. След като се е стегнала сметаната поставяме куклата до кръста в средата на тортата с вдигнати ръце. Намазваме обилно тортата със сметана, украсяваме с бонбоните и захарните пръчици и шпицовеме със сметана блузка. П.П. Може кремовете да замените с Ваши любими, може и сиропа да е с компот, а не с мляко. Може в крема с шоколад да се сложат лешници.
