Тарта със смокини и домати
Продукти
- 100 г пармиджано или козе кашкавал, настърган
- 3 стръка мащерка
- 200 г чери домати , нарязани на половини
- 100 г катък от козе сирене
- 2 с.л. зехтин лек
- 3 смокини , пресни, нарязани на резенчета
- 2 с.л. маслинена паста от каламата
- 1 яйце малко
- 500 г бутер тесто
Начин на приготвяне
- Слагаме бутер тестото върху хартия за печене в правоъгълна тавичка. Намазваме го с разбитото яйце. Поставяме и печем във фурна, загрята на 200 градуса за 10-15 минути или докато се изпече и се зачерви добре.
- Изваждаме изпечената основа от фурната и я притискаме с кухненска ръкавица, за да спадне.
- Намазваме с маслинената паста.
- Отгоре подреждаме смокините, доматчетата и малки лъжички от катъка, разбъркан с мащерката.
- Всичко поръсваме с пармиджано и зехтин и запичаме за още 15 минутисамо на горен реотан, докато се зачерви.
