Паламуд 1-2 лимона пресни листа девесил листа зелен лук листа магданоз смлян чер пипер олио оцет сол малко вода
Начин на приготвяне
Паламуда може да е пресен или замразен. Почиства се, измива се, нарязва се на големи парчета и се осолява.Наръсва се със сока на един лимон.Престоява едно денонощие след което се изплаква със студена вода. Всяко парче се срязва косо от страната на кожата на две места и в разрезите се слага по половин кръгче лимон.Поръсва се със смлян черен пипер от страната на месото и се намазва с олио.Подрежда се в тава с олио, като кожата да е отгоре.Всяко парче се покрива с листа девесил, останалите подправки се нареждат отгоре.Налива се малко водичка и малко оцет.Покрива се с фолио, като може да не е съвсем плътно, по- късно се сваля, за да придобие рибата златиста коричка.Пече се около 40 -50 минути на 180 градуса.След като се извади от фурната подправките се отстраняват.Може да гарнирате порциите с пресни краставици, картофено пюре или друго по Ваше желание.
