Начин на приготвяне
1. Загряваме фурната до 200 градуса. Почистваме основата на зелето и го нарязваме на половинки.
2. В голяма купа, разбъркваме зехтина с оцета, меда, сока на мандарината и сос Sriracha. Добавяме брюкселското зеле. Подправяме го със сол и черен пипер на вкус.
3. Разстиламе брюкселското зеле върху хартия за печене, като го обръщаме с нарязаната страна надолу. Поливаме със зехтин, ако има нужда. Можем за повече аромат да сложим и коричките на мандарината.
4. Печем около 30 мин. докато стане златисто и карамелизирано. Сервираме топло. Можем да го използваме за гарнитура към пилешко месо на скара, свинско печено и др.
