- 1 кг. телешки ребърца
- 1 ч.ч. сос барбекю
Начин на приготвяне
- Подреждаме ребърцата в тавичка и ги поливаме със соса.
- Покриваме с капак и ги оставяме да се мариноват в хладилника, за около 4 часа.
- Запалваме барбекюто. Печем ребърцата, като от време на време ги обръщаме и ги поръсваме със сос.
- Подреждаме ребърцата в плато. По желание, гарнираме със свежа салата и сервираме.
