Свежа супа от лапад
Продукти
- 1 зеленчуков бульон
- червен пипер на вкус
- черен пипер на вкус
- 0,5 кофичка кисело мляко на стайна температура
- 1 яйце на стайна температура
- 2 моркова
- 1 шепа фиде , или една шепа ориз
- 1 връзка пресен лук
- 200 г лапад
- сол на вкус
Начин на приготвяне
- Нарязвате на ситно лука и морковите и ги слагате да се запържат леко в нагорещено олио.
- Почиствате добре листата лапад, като отстранявате дръжките и по-дебелите „жили“ от листата, след което го нарязвате и го добавяте към морковите и лука, за да се задуши. Към края на задушаването, прибавяме и червения пипер.
- Прибавяме зеленчуковия бульон, разтворен в около 1,5 л гореща вода, сол и черен пипер на вкус, а след като поври 10-тина минути и измитият ориз/фидето и оставяте супата да поври до тяхното сваряване (още около 10-15 минути).
- След това свалете тенджерата от котлона и изчакайте супата да изстине.
- Разбийте добре яйцето и киселото мляко. След като супата от лапад е поизстинала, отделяте няколко черпака бульон от нея и го добавяте малко по малко към разбитите мляко и яйце, като разбърквате старателно. След това я добавете бавно и внимателно в цялата супа. Разбъркайте внимателно и сервирайте.
