Палачинки с конфитюр от къпини
Продукти
- конфитюр от къпини за намазване
- 1 пак. ванилия
- 40 г масло
- 4 яйца
- 1 с.л. кисело мляко
- 280 мл прясно мляко
- 150 г брашно
Начин на приготвяне
- Разбиваме яйцата във висока купа, постепенно прибавяйки млякото и брашното, докато получим гъста каша. Прибавяме киселото мляко и ванилията.
- В нагрят, намазан с масло тиган сипваме от кашата - по около 1 черпак и изпържваме от двете страни до зачервяване на палачинките.
- Преди поднасянето ги намазваме с конфитюр от къпини и навиваме на рула или ги прегъваме на триъгълници. Допълнително може да гарнираме с топка сладолед и малко топинг.
