- 125 г масло
- 140 г пудра захар , пресята
Начин на приготвяне
- В дълбока купа смесваме сухите съставки - брашното, бакпулвера, солта, захарта и ванилията.
- В друга дълбока купа смесваме течните съставки - разбиваме яйцето, към него прибавяме маслото и млякото. Добавяме настърганите моркови.
- Изсипваме внимателно сухата смес в течната, като разбъркваме възможно най-малко пъти, не разбиваме с миксер.
- Готовата смес насипваме с лъжица, в предварително намаслени форми за мъфини.
- Печем ги в загрята до 200 градуса фурна, около 15-20 минути.
- Междувременно приготвяме крема.
- Разбиваме внимателно маслото със захарта, прибавяме филаделфията. Разбиваме леко, до получаването на хомогенна смес.
- Готовия крем пълним в пош и шприцоваме върху мъфините, след като са поизстинали около 10 минути.
