Мъфини с кафе и бисквитки
Продукти
- 300 мл прясно мляко
- 20 мл кафе
- 40 г обикновени бисквити , натрошени
- 3 яйца
- 125 г масло , разтопено
- 2 с.л. какао - натурално, на прах
- 1 бакпулвер
- 150 г пудра захар
- 250 г брашно
Начин на приготвяне
- В купа смесваме сухите продукти.
- Разбиваме яйцата, добавяме маслото и накрая млякото.
- Към сухите продукти добавяме течните и с дървена бъркалка разбъркваме хубаво за да се смесят.
- Сместа изсипваме във формички за мъфини, и печем в предварително загрята на 200 градуса фурна, около 20-25 минути.
