Начин на приготвяне

  1. Почистваме и нарязваме морковите на колелца. Почистваме и нарязваме лука и картофите на кубчета. 
  2. В тенджера загряваме маслото, в което изсипваме нарязаните лук, моркови и картофи. Задушаваме ги под капак, докато зеленчуците поомекнат (за около 5 минути), след което към тях добавяме млякото и малко вода, колкото да покрие зеленчуците. 
  3. Овкусяваме със сол и по желание с черен пипер. Варим докато морковите съвсем омекнат.
  4. След като се сварят морковите, добавяме топеното сирене. 
  5. Пюрираме супата с кухненски робот или пасатор. Ако е прекалено гъста, може да добавим мляко до получаване на желаната консистенция. Добавяме джинджифила и канелата. Разбъркваме внимателно. 
  6. Супата може да сервираме с хрупкави крутони, със сметана или натрошено сирене.
