Начин на приготвяне
- Разбиваме захарта с яйцата и прибавяме млякото. След това прибавяме ликьора и ванилията.
- Карамелизираме захарта и я разпределяме във формичките, в които ще печем крема.
- След като карамелът изстине, наливаме приготвената яйчна смес.
- Нареждаме формичките в тава с много вода и печем на умерена фурна окoло 30 минути, до готовност.
- Водата не бива да кипва, защото кремът ще стане на шупли. Ако започне да кипи веднага - доливаме студена вода.
- Сервираме изстуден.
