Продукти
- 1 ванилия
- 250 г рикота
- 50 г пудра захар
- 190 г масло
- 45 г какао
- 125 г брашно
- 3 яйца
- 220 г пудра захар
Начин на приготвяне
1. Смесваме 220 г пудра захар със 190 г меко масло, до получаване на хомогенна смес. Добавяме постепенно 2 яйца.
2. Пресяваме 125 г брашно и 45 г какао и добавяме в сместта.
3. Смесваме рикотата с 50 г пудра захар, 1 яйце и ванилията и разбъркваме добре.
4. Намазваме правоъгълна тавичка с масло, покриваме с хартия за печене и изсипваме какаовата смес. Отгоре изсипваме рикотата и със шпатула леко объркваме и заглаждаме.
5. Печем на 180 градуса за 45 минути. След като се опече нарязваме на квадратчета. Вместо рикота, можем да използваме извара.
