- 10 г захар
- 350 мл вода
- 10 г сол
- 300 г брашно от твърда пшеница
- 200 г бяло брашно
Начин на приготвяне
1. Смесете и объркайте брашното и солта. В центъра добавете водата, захарта и маята. Разбърквайте равномерно до хомогенност. Покрийте с кърпа и оставете сместа за 10-15 минути.
2. Започнете да месите с леко намазнени ръце. Когато тестото стане меко и еластично, го оставете да втасва до удвояване на обема (приблизително 1 час).
3. Разтегнете го според съда, в който ще се пече. Направете малки дупки с палец и в тях поставете разрязаните наполовина мини домати Кумато, като ги разпределите равномерно върху повърхността на тестото. Поръсете с подправки на вкус и полейте със зехтин. Оставете фокачата да почива за 10 минути, преди да я сложите във фурната.
4. Печете 5 минути при 240°C и след това понижете до 220°C за още 15 минути. След изпичане изчакайте 5 минути, за да изстине, преди да консумирате.
